RNR Day

Some letters are written to be sent. Others are written to be found again at the moments when we need them most.

Before embarking on our journey, each of us wrote a letter to our future selves, capturing our hopes, uncertainties and the things we hoped to learn along the way. After the long days of service, the RNR Day gave our team the chance to slow down, rest and take in the journey we had shared together. We revisited these letters with a different perspective, reflecting on how much we had grown and how far we had come.

Reading those letters again became a quiet moment of introspection. Some hopes had been fulfilled, some worries no longer felt as heavy, and some lessons were ones we never expected to take away. It was a reminder of the people we were before the trip and the people we had become because of it.

As we closed this chapter together, we carried with us more than just memories of what we accomplished. We carried the friendships, lessons and pieces of this journey that would stay with us long after we returned home.
