The operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective execution of Project Luminaire's plethora of initiatives and programmes. In essence, the operations team is the engine that drives the volunteer organization forward. Their meticulous planning and attention to detail enable the organization to efficiently deliver on its mission, make a positive impact, and create lasting change in the communities they serve.

Key responsibilities of the operations team include:

• Creating and executing various programmes (eg. lesson plans, team bonding activities)

• Project Planning: Collaborating with other teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. The operations team keeps projects on track by monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
