As I look back on my journey being part of Project Luminaire 10, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude and fulfillment. PL10 has not only allowed me to make a positive impact on the lives of others but has also transformed me in ways I could never have anticipated.

At the outset, I embarked on this journey driven by a desire to give back to the community. Little did I know that this experience would become a two-way street, where I would receive just as much as I gave. The moments spent carrying 10ft long bamboo poles under the beautiful weather of Zambales, teaching the students as well as enjoying lunch together with the students and teachers have exposed me to the stories, struggles, and triumphs of individuals from diverse walks of life. Each interaction was a reminder of our shared humanity and the importance of empathy.

But perhaps the most transformative aspect of volunteering was its impact on my perspective. The experience shattered stereotypes and preconceived notions I held about certain issues and communities. It taught me to see the world through a more compassionate and open-minded lens. It's easy to be disconnected from society's challenges until you're face-to-face with them.

As I reflect on the relationships I formed with fellow friends and those we served, I am reminded of the power of unity in creating positive change. Together, we shared a vision of a brighter future and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. The camaraderie born out of shared goals and experiences was both uplifting and humbling.

In closing, my journey has been nothing short of transformative. It has redefined the way I view my role in society and reinforced the belief that even the smallest actions can create ripples of meaningful impact.
