Signing up for Project Luminaire has been one of the best decisions I have made since being in SMU. It warms my heart to see the people of Sitio Alao being so accepting of us and the solar powered lights we installed. The interactions with the children and the experiences the PL10 team went through together during the trip will form the most lasting memories for me. I hope that the values imparted to the children during our lessons and the new possibilities we showed them through the solar powered lights can help to illuminate their lives for generations to come 💡
